Welcome everyone to the website of Rosa Tarantino. Hopefully here you will learn more about the person and businesswoman, whom over the years has become very successful in life and in her career. Rosa moved to this country 48 years ago, bringing with her a college education from Salerno University. Upon moving to the United States from the town of Avellino, Italy, she was energetic and destined for good things.

A task not easily done, however she set her sights high and worked relentlessly in her pursuit for a better life, beginning by acquiring a teaching position at the “Berlitz School of Languages.”
After two years she moved to a career in banking which led to 25 successful years with Summit Bank, ( now Bank of America) where she reached the position of Vice President / Retail Banking. Rosa still aspired to do other things, so she decided to give Real Estate a try. She began years ago with Tedesco Realtors, and over time became well respected and prosperous in the Real Estate community, so it was natural that she should join a firm as prestigious as Burgdorff/Era Realtors®.
At Burgdorff, she has established herself as an entity in this business while still holding on to other aspects of her life. Although she is an extremely busy woman she still finds time for her family and work life, she has successfully established a happy home and career within the confines of this country. Personal Background
Rosa was born and raised in the small town of Avellino in Italy. She attended the University of Salerno Italy. Rosa and husband Carmine have successfully raised four boys and have been long-time residents of Union County. Additionally, Rosa has continually worked in Union County over the past 48 years, mostly as a Vice President in banking. Rosa and her family are currently residents of Mountainside and have been for the last 26 years. Prior to moving to Mountainside, Rosa resided in Springfield for seventeen years. Prior to that, Rosa lived in Summit. Not only has Rosa raised her family in these neighboring towns but she has also participated in various diverse charities and volunteer organizations. Rosa was on the Unity Group Board for Battered Women, she is a contributor to CASA. The Make a Wish Foundation and the Valerie Fund. Her hobbies include; traveling, coin and stamp collecting and cooking.
Her repeat business and ongoing referrals from previous clients are testimony to the ultimate in client satisfaction. Rosa is highly respected and liked by her colleagues in the real estate industry.

In this age of not caring about the quality of the job, and interest in only of the completion of it, i must tell you of a woman that stands up strong in the face of all of this. My wife and I are truly lucky to have know Rosa Tarantino, and have her facilitate the sale of our house in Maplewood, NJ. Without Rosa, the sale would never have materialized. Rosa was in total control of each and every step.
She was able to price our house so that we could sell it for the maximum amount of money. I personally, was disappointed at her price suggestion however, she came to make me realize that the market being what it is could not support any more. All through the process, Rosa knew what to do, no matter the problems that arose. As we got ever closer to the closing, each and every day saw complication upon complication, yet Rosa’s professional wisdown and her wonderful smile handled all of it with friendly competence.
Her ability was underscored by the inability of the buyer’s representative. Not only did Rosa supervise the selling of my house, she too helped the other side, without which, the deal would surely have not survived. I am now sitting in my new wonderful home in Scottsdale, Arizona. My wife and i are enjoying the wonderful weather, the wine, and the new lifestyle that Rosa Tarantino made possible.
